His efforts have been instrumental in supporting the development of effective treatments for neurological conditions.
Helen Crawford, Head of Image Management - IXICO
Helen Crawford is an expert in neuroimaging and clinical trials, currently the Head of Image Management at IXICO. She holds a PhD in Clinical Neuroscience from University College London (UCL) and has over 15 years of experience in the field of neurology.
Helen oversees the overall coordination and management of all activities required to qualify, receive and analyse data for IXICO’s portfolio of clinical trials from start-up through to close-out. Helen’s clinical neuroscience background and significant operational clinical trials experience ensure that her site qualification team apply the leading principles of image harmonisation in clinical trials. This includes both advice, consultancy, and input into sponsor trial protocols and the practical and critical task of supporting imaging sites in their scanner setup.
