Advanced analytics. Intelligent insights.
IXICO plc (AIM: IXI), is a leading neuroimaging Contract Research Organization (CRO), delivering advanced Ai analytical insights in neuroscience to the global clinical trials market. Established in 2004, listed as a public company in 2013, IXICO has firmly established itself as a trusted partner to the global life sciences industry, supporting the development of new therapies for neurological conditions such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s Disease and Multiple Sclerosis.
With our focus on neuroscience, our purpose is to advance human health by turning data into clinically valuable insights; helping our clients reduce clinical development risk and improve return on investment from their clinical development programmes. We achieve this by combining Ai machine learning imaging biomarker analysis, together with centralised neuroimaging CRO services to provide an integrated service covering every stage of clinical development through to post-marketing surveillance. We are committed to invest in continuously enhancing our validated and peer reviewed disease optimised machine learning Ai analytics services and our infrastructure and technology to support our ambitious growth strategy. Our people are empowered to enable us to achieve our company goals and their own personal development through the “4A” values at the heart of our culture: Aspiration, Ability, Agility and Accountability.
To help us deliver our medical image analysis solutions to large clinical trials we are hiring an experienced Marketing Communications Manager in a full-time capacity.
Purpose of the Role
The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for IXICO’s Annual Marketing Communication Plan and associated annual budget. The purpose of the role is to ensure effective communications of our value proposition and market proposition of delivering validated Ai machine learning imaging biomarker analytics with the quality assurance of our centralised Neuroimaging CRO services; made available through our proprietary TrialTracker imaging data management platform. In doing so, raise the company’s external market facing profile with current and prospective biopharma clients, academic collaborators, and partners to ensure sustained long term, profitable growth.
The role works closely with senior scientific, product, operations, and commercial management, to ensure timely execution of the company’s client outreach programmes. These include development of webinars, PR collateral, white papers, conference, and lead generation initiatives in line with agreed product marketing communication objectives. Working closely with the product function, there is a requirement to translate complex, cutting-edge scientific information into concise, easy to understand marketing communication that addresses and anticipates the needs of our target audience.
As a Marketing Communications Manager in a small and ambitious organisation, the role holder has access to the company Senior Leadership and will be able to make a significant impact in the way we communicate and tell the IXICO story. The role holder will play an important role in articulating how IXICO is deploying cutting edge AI technology with highly curated, disease specific patient data to develop and commercialise new, validated imaging biomarker analytics in support of our neuroimaging CRO business.
This role is expected to be dedicating significant time to developing and executing the company services marketing communications plan; with significant focus on content generation and communication, event management and reporting on return-on-Investment KPIs.
