As our team continues to grow we are now looking to hire a Clinical Data Coordinator.

As a member of this you will be exposed to high profile projects in the field of clinical trials (e.g. Dementia, Huntington's disease, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, psychosis). We are looking for candidates who have a background in Science, Medical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, Neurosciences or related and are available on a full-time basis.

Data Management Lead

Purpose of the Role

The Clinical Data Coordinator (CDC) sits between the Data Management team and the Clinical Operations team. The CDC covers day to day data administrative activities in support of IXICO's clinical trials and research studies.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with incoming post/couriers/Fax/CD and sFTP for clinical trials.
  • Perform relevant initial checks on the data for gross discrepancies, informing and querying appropriate project personnel.
  • Raise data queries where data anomalies are found
  • Upload of data into in-house image Data Management system on applicable projects.
  • Administrative tasks within trials such as adding sites/users to a trial and maintaining records of who has access.
  • Run test scripts for new and updated systems as part of User Acceptance Testing activities to test the system for functionality.
  • Support the Data Management Lead/Data Management Specialist with the preparation of Data Transfer Agreements and with the finalisation of all data management activities for clinical data deliverables.
  • Perform QC on all aspects of work performed in Data Management to ensure that data quality and integrity is maintained.
  • Interact with other project team members to support the set-up, maintenance, and closure of the Data Management aspects of the project.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; Health or Life Sciences field preferred
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team oriented and flexible; ability to function in high volume environment with competing priorities.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously under direction.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel).
  • Ability to learn other computer systems, including databases.
