To help us deliver our medical image analysis solutions to large clinical trials we are hiring a Quality Assurance (QA) Project Coordinator on a 6-month fixed-term contract at a part-time (20-hours p/w) capacity.

Purpose of the Role:

This role will support the successful migration of the Company’s document and training management system to a new platform. Under leadership of the SVP Quality, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs, the incumbent of this role is responsible for coordinating relevant quality assurance activities throughout the project from data extraction to implementation, ensuring highest standards of compliance and providing critical support throughout the transition. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with good project management skills, who can effectively manage timelines, communicate progress, and troubleshoot issues to ensure a seamless and effective system migration.

This role will work in the Quality & Compliance team and contribute to the day to day running of the department, working in close collaboration with other business areas. The position will help coordinate administrative activities across functions to help deliver company quality and compliance objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project manage the migration of the Company’s document and training management system to a new platform under the overall leadership of the SVP Quality, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs
  • Assist the Department with administrative tasks to accomplish quality, information security and business objectives
  • Administer the document control, training management and records systems, including staff training plans & records
  • Support all departments in preparation for audits, including the collation/preparation of records, audit room facilities, and scribing the audit process.
  • Collate, prepare and publish metrics/Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
  • Organising new starter induction and maintaining records
  • Maintain awareness and understanding of applicable policies and procedures as defined in the employee training plan: including but not limited to IXICO’s Quality Policy, Information Security Policy; ensure awareness of responsibilities under IXICO’s policies and procedures.

Qualifications and skills required for the role:


  • Excellent MS Office package experience
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to collate, classify and perform simple analysis on information
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Multi-tasker, organised and able to manage time efficiently
  • Detail and task oriented, with a strong focus on quality
  • Some previous experience in a professional working environment


  • Experience of working with
  • electronic document and training management systems
  • Experience Experience of working under a quality management system, in the Pharma, Biotech or other regulated industry.
