Head of Key Accounts and Sales Operations
Purpose of the Role
The Commercial Operations Coordinator is a key team role in helping to maximise the growth of revenue at IXICO. The role is required in order to provide a high degree of administrative support to the Account Management / Sales processes at IXICO. The role is also responsible for helping to ensure that IXICO’s sales information and proposals processes are efficient and effective in support of the overall Commercial function at IXICO. This role will provide support to all members of the Commercial Team and others (e.g. Project Management) as required. Good performance will be realised through contribution to departmental achievement of accurate and visible sales pipeline information, efficiency and quality in responses to requests for information, completion of project proposals / change orders and coordination of contract documentation including CDA’s.
The job holder will be comfortable building relationships both internally across all functions and may interact directly with clients (e.g. procurement functions) where appropriate The person in this role will develop a good working knowledge of the products and services that IXICO provides as well as knowledge of how those products and services are delivered to clients over the life of a project.
